Rooted in Wine is a locally owned wine bar and garden created by J and Renata, a North Carolina couple who brought their shared passions together after decades of working in different fields. Just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville, the space blends Renata’s love of plants and her beautifully tended wine garden with J’s lifelong experience in wine, offering a welcoming place to explore new bottles and enjoy wines by the glass.
With more than 200 curated retail selections and a rotating mix of local cheeses, jams, honey, art, and pottery, Rooted in Wine is a community-centered spot to unwind, discover, and feel right at home.

September 17 -Spanish Wines Tasting
We’re heading to Spain on Thursday, September 17. We’ll be exploring a selection of Spanish wines and some of the flavors and styles that make Spain such an exciting wine-producing country.
Come taste your way through the evening, discover a few new bottles, and maybe find a new favorite to take home.
Enjoy 6 curated pours for $25 per person, with the flexibility to drop in anytime between 4:30–6:30 PM. The tasting will conclude around 7 PM.
